Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat together until smooth.
    Pour any fruit over top.
    Pour 1/2 cup juice or water on top.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
