Oven Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. (1/4-inch) zucchini slices
    2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    onion rings
    cauliflower flowerets
Preparation
    You will need nonstick cooking spray. Spray a cold baking sheet with nonstick spray. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and paprika together well. Put the vegetables in a bowl. Drizzle with the salad dressing and roll in the bread crumb mixture. Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden. Makes 4 servings.
