Homemade Southern Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 heaping Tbsp. Crisco shortening
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Knead flour, shortening and milk together until tacky.
    Roll out; cut with a small cup.
    Place in a cast-iron skillet; bake until lightly brown.
