Stewed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 small green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil or butter
    1 tsp. parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan, saute onion in oil.
    Add green pepper and sliced mushrooms.
    Simmer about 5 minutes.
    Add seasoning, water and parsley.
    Simmer about 20 minutes.
    Make a paste of the flour and cream, then add to mushrooms.
    Simmer about 5 more minutes.
    Serve on toast or with mashed potatoes.
