Pumpkin Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups confectioners' sugar
    2- 8 oz packages of cream cheese
    1 can (30 oz.) pumpkin pie filling mix
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp ginger
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cream cheese, beating until well blended. Beat in remaining ingredients.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    Serve with purchased ginger snaps.
    Yield 7 cups.
