Vegetarian Sprout Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced cucumber
    1 c. shredded carrot
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
    4 (2/3 oz.) slices process cheese
    2 English muffins, split and toasted
    1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
    4 tsp. sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Place 1 cheese slice atop each muffin half.
    Broil 5 inches from heat for 2 minutes.
    Spoon 1/3 cup vegetable mixture atop each half.
    Add 2 tablespoons of sprouts and 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds.
    Serves 4.
