Sausage And Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen green beans
    16 oz. smoked sausage
    1 medium onion, diced
    6 red potatoes
    1 Tbsp. bacon grease
Preparation
    Use deep skillet with lid.
    Place bacon grease in skillet.
    Let melt and add frozen green beans and onion.
    Let fry in skillet while you cut up the sausage in about 1/2-inch pieces.
    Add sausage.
    Scrub potatoes and quarter.
    Add to skillet.
    Cover.
    Let cook on medium-high 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 to 20 minutes to prevent burning.
    Great served with corn bread.
    Serves 5.
