Orange Roughy With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen orange roughy fillets (other types fish may be used)
    1 slice onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    6 green onions, sliced into 1-inch pieces
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    2 tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Thaw fish, if frozen.
    In a large skillet, combine the water, onion slice, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boiling; reduce heat and add fish fillets and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until fillets flake when tested.
    Meanwhile, in a saucepan, cook mushrooms, pepper, onions and garlic in oil until tender.
    Stir in chopped tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce; cook 2 minutes. Transfer vegetables to serving platter.
    With slotted spoon, remove fish from cooking liquid and place on vegetables.
