Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 jumbo shells
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsley
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 jar tomato spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook shells according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Combine cheeses, egg, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Fill each shell with about 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture.
    Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of pan.
    Place shells open side down.
    Cover with remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
