Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. sliced yellow squash, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 can chopped pimento, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in stuffing mix.
    Line a baking dish with half of the stuffing mixture.
    Combine all remaining ingredients and spoon over stuffing mixture.
    Cover with the remaining stuffing.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
