Mom'S Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 egg whites and yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. whipping cream
9-inch graham cracker crust
Preparation

Combine cottage cheese, sugar, walnuts, vanilla and 3 egg yolks in a bowl and beat with electric mixer until well blended. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in double boiler over medium heat and combine with other mixture in bowl.
Continue mixing and fold in 1 cup whipping cream and egg whites.
Fill in graham cracker crust, cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
