Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. flavoring (vanilla or coconut)
    7 or 8 oz. coconut
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Blend in sugar.
    Add milk, flavoring and coconut.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Makes 2 pies.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, about 30 to 40 minutes.
