Tangy Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
Preparation
    Heat sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved.
    Cool. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Toss until well mixed. Chill in covered container overnight.
