Chili Rellenos Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. can whole green chilies
    1 lb. grated cheese
    4 eggs
    2 cans evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. Jack cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cover
    bottom
    of
    12-inch
    Dutch
    oven
    with
    open and flattened chilies.\tSprinkle cheese evenly over chilies.
    In a separate
    bowl
    mix
    eggs,\tevaporated
    milk
    and flour.
    Pour mixture over
    cheese and chilies.
    Bake for 40 minutes with 12 coals on
    top
    and 9 coals on bottom.
    After baking, cover top with Jack
    cheese and pour tomato sauce over cheese.
    Bake for 15 minutes more with 12 coals on top and 6 coals on bottom.
