Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    5 medium potatoes, sliced
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 can green peas, drained (save juice)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 stick margarine
    2 onions, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat and set aside.
    Melt margarine in bottom of pan. Layer with potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and peas.
    Salt and pepper as you go. Cover with hamburger and meat.
    Mix pea juice and tomato soup; pour over meat.
    Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
