Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 c. rice (not instant)
    4 to 6 chicken pieces
    1/3 c. butter
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
    Spread rice over butter.
    Sprinkle on soup mix.
    Pour on water.
    Arrange chicken on top.
    Cover with foil; bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
