Creole-Style Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, diced
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can Del Monte Blue Lake cut green beans, drained
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; remove from skillet.
    Add onion and green pepper to 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings.
    Cook until tender.
    Blend in flour, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Add tomatoes.
    Cook constantly until thickened.
    Add beans; heat.
    Top with bacon.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
