Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 can (16 oz.) fruit cocktail plus juice
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Blend all ingredients.
Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when pressed.
Let cool 15 minutes.
