5-Pound Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

5 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
2 sticks margarine
1 pt. marshmallow cream
1 c. chocolate chips
4 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, cream and butter. Bring to a boil and boil 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir marshmallow cream and chocolate chips into boiled mixture until chocolate is melted. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares. Makes 5 pounds.
