Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 med. Russet potatoes, scrubbed
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
    6 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lrg. egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 c. snipped fresh chives or finely chopped scallion tops
    pinch of nutmeg
    paprika
Preparation
    Heat the over to 400 F. Pierce the potatoes in several places with a fork.
    Place on a baking sheet or oven rack.
    Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the potatoes feel soft when squeezed. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let cook for 15 minutes.
