Reuben Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 -16 oz. jar sauerkraut (rinsed and drained)
    1 8 of pkg. sour cream (cubed)
    2 c. shredded swiss cheese (8 oz.)
    3 oz. pkg. of deli corn beef (chopped)
    3 Tbsp. thousand island dressing mix
    Snack rye bread or crackers
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2 qt. slow cooker combine the first five ingredients. Cover and cook for two hours or until cheeses are melted.
    Stir to blend.
    Serve warm with rye bread or crackers.
    Yields 3 1/2 cups.
