Caramel Apple Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. brown sugar
chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and sugar together and form into a ball.
Chop walnuts, enough to cover ball, and roll ball in nuts.
Just before serving, pour caramel sundae topping over cream cheese ball which is placed in center of a platter.
Slice different colored skin apples into thin quarters around platter and dip into ball.
Light cream cheese, brown sugar and topping may be substituted.
