Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork ribs (rack or country style)
1 tsp. chili powder
few dashes of Tabasco
2 c. water
1 lemon, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Bring ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, water, chili powder and Tabasco to a boil.
Place sliced lemon and onion on top of ribs. Cook ribs at 450\u00b0 until brown.
Add sauce and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
