Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Stir in pineapple and juice in saucepan.
Add sour cream.
Cook for 2 minutes, or until thick. Add beaten egg yolks; stir all together.
Put into cooked pie shell.
Make a meringue topping for pie.
