Chocolate Fondue* * * * * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. cornstarch
2 c. water
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mock cream made with 1/2 pound low salt, low-fat cottage cheese and 1 1/2 tablespoons low-fat or skimmed milk.
Blend in blender until the consistency of sour cream.
For thicker cream, use less milk and for recipes calling for light cream, use more milk.
