5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef
    3 carrots
    4 pieces celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 large onions, diced
    1 small can green beans with juice
    1 small can peas with juice
    2 large potatoes, sliced thick
    1 can mushrooms (pieces and stems with juice)
    1 can tomato soup (not diluted)
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine
    salt and pepper
    dash of garlic salt
Preparation
    Cook 5 hours in tightly covered pan at 275\u00b0. Do not peek while cooking in oven.
