Turnip And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    3 c. low-fat, low-salt chicken broth
    4 medium turnips, peeled and cubed
    1 c. diced onions
    2 tsp. canola oil
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of pepper
    2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    In a large pot, combine potatoes and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
    Cover and reduce heat to low.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add turnips and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until turnips are tender.
