Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 slice bread, diced and browned in butter or bacon grease
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients well.
    Wet hands with cold water and shape into balls.
    Drop into slow boiling water.
    Boil slowly for 20 minutes.
    Do not cover pan.
