Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 count) can crescent rolls
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
    5 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Press rolls onto pizza pan to make crust.
    Brown sausage in skillet; drain.
    Layer sausage and potatoes over crust.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
