Lemon-Baked Chicken(Diabetic - Meat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 broiler-fryer breasts, skinned and halved
4 broiler-fryer legs, skinned
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place chicken parts in roasting pan and brush with 1 tablespoon butter.
Bake 45 minutes.
Stir together parsley, basil, lemon juice, prepared mustard, remaining butter and Worcestershire sauce.
Baste chicken with mixture and bake 30 minutes more, basting occasionally. Chicken is done when thickest parts are fork-tender.
Yields 4 servings.
