Plum Nutty Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour or regular flour and add 2 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. oil
    2 small jars baby food (plums)
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients. Beat in oil, eggs and plums. Fold in nuts. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a tube or Bundt pan that has been greased and floured. Glaze while cake is warm.
