Best-Ever Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
3 1/2 lb. pork spareribs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Coat ribs with flour.
Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Add barbecue sauce, onion and green pepper.
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; place in pan, baste ribs with sauce.
Bake ribs for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
