Mock Abalone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. filet, skinless chicken breasts
    1 bottle clam juice
    whole garlic cloves, chopped
    flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    oil
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick.
    After pounding, marinate in clam juice and garlic cloves overnight. Remove, dip in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Fry in hot oil until cooked through.
