Butter Herb Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. crushed saltine crackers
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. each: basil, oregano and salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. frozen or fresh fish fillets
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan melt butter in a preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
In a 9-inch pie pan combine crackers, cheese, basil, oregano, salt and garlic powder.
