Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 lb. shortening
    1 c. water
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in shortening with pastry blender.
    Mix water, egg and vinegar.
    Add to dry ingredients, forming a dough.
    (If you wish to freeze dough, divide dough into 5 equal portions.
    Roll into 5 balls and wrap for freezing.)
    This recipe makes enough pastry for five single pie crusts.
