Baked German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced bacon
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped onions
3 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/3 c. water
8 c. sliced potatoes, cooked
Preparation

Fry bacon until crispy; drain.
Return 4 tablespoons of fat to skillet.
Add celery, onions, salt, flour, sugar, vinegar, pepper and water.
Bring to a boil to thicken.
Add crispy bacon pieces; pour over cooked potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 30 minutes.
