Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    46 oz. can tomato or V-8 juice
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Cook beef and onions together.
    Drain to remove fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
