Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 half chicken breasts
2 cans Del Monte Italian style stewed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. oregano or basil, crushed
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Skin, remove from and debone chicken.
Place in oiled baking dish.
Bake covered 15 minutes in preheated 425\u00b0 oven.
Drain fat off, if necessary.
Combine tomatoes, cornstarch and oregano. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour over chicken. Top with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes uncovered.
