Sweet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut evenly
    1/2 red and green pepper
    1/2 large red onion
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    4 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut and peel potatoes evenly.
    Dice red and green pepper. Cook potatoes until done (10 to 15 minutes).
    (Do not overcook.) Drain and plunge into ice water.
    Add ingredients; refrigerate. Enjoy!
    Serves 6.
