Wake Up-Shake Up - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ripe banana
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oats
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. honey
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 ice cubes
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients, except ice cubes for 1 minute, then add ice cubes and mix until ice is crushed.
Use the blender to mix. When well blended, serve.
