Soft Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 c. boiling water
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, molasses, cinnamon and ginger together. Beat well and add flour and soda, dissolved in water.
Mix well. Add beaten eggs.
Pour into greased square cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
