Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. strong brewed coffee
    2 (16 oz.) cans oven baked beans
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    6 slices raw cut up bacon
Preparation
    In saucepan, mix brown sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, salt and coffee; simmer 5 minutes. In a 2-quart casserole, put layer of beans, sliced onion and half the mixture. Repeat. Top with bacon pieces. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bacon is cooked. Serves 8.
