Fruity Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can water packed sliced peaches, drained
1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) can water packed pear halves, drained and halved
Preparation

Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, ginger and pepper.
Pour over chicken in shallow baking dish. Bake in preheated moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Arrange fruit around chicken.
Baste with pan liquid.
Bake 10 minutes.
