Tomato-Basil Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. peeled, seeded, chopped tomatoes
    1 c. vegetable or chicken broth
    1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. snipped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried crushed basil
Preparation
    Blend all in a blender. Chill. May be eaten hot or cold.
