1 handful understanding
kindness
faith

Preparation

Take 2 heaping cupfuls of patience, one heart full of love and 2 handfuls of understand and sprinkle generously with kindness. Add plenty of faith and mix well.
Spread over a period of a lifetime and serve to everybody you meet.
