Chicken And Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. margarine
3 c. cooked chopped chicken
4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
sage to taste
poultry seasoning
thyme
Preparation
-
Cook onion and celery in water or broth until tender.
Add margarine to melt.
Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper, egg and seasonings until moist.
Add hot water or more broth if needed. Put in casserole dish in layers of dressing, then chicken.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or browned on top.
