Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix (not Plus)
    2 sticks margarine
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 lb. Kraft caramels
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix cake mix according to package directions; add 1 stick melted margarine and 1/2 the Eagle Brand milk.
    Pour 1/2 the batter into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    While cake is baking, melt 1 stick of margarine, caramels and rest of milk; mix well.
    Pour over the hot cake, add the pecans.
    Pour the rest of the batter over this and return to oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
