Corn Relish Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans corn (Green Giant Shoe Peg)
1 can French green beans
1 can English peas
1 small (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. green onions or chives
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Drain and mix vegetables.
Combine sugar, vinegar and oil in pan; cook until melted.
Add seasonings.
Pour over vegetable mixture.
Refrigerate at least overnight.
Keeps 3 weeks.
