Cinnamon-Raisin Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. milk
    melted margarine
    1 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients in large bowl.
    Cut in 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add raisins and 1 cup milk, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
