Meatballs In Buttermilk Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except butter.
Shape into balls.
Fry on all sides in butter until brown.
